Refund policy
At What The Cluck Farms, we raise and deliver real food — pasture-raised poultry, beef, and pork — and we stand behind every order.
All Sales Are Final
Because we sell perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns. Once an order leaves our farm, it cannot be resold or restocked for food-safety reasons. This is standard practice for any operation handling fresh and frozen meat.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy with every order. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your products, contact us within [48 hours / 3 days] of receiving your order and we will replace the affected items with fresh product on your next delivery or pickup. We may ask for a photo or a description of the issue so we can make it right and improve on our end.
Delivery & Keeping Your Order Frozen
Your order is delivered frozen. We do not provide dry ice, gel packs, or freezer packs, and we are not responsible for keeping your order frozen after it has been delivered.
If you will not be home to receive your delivery, it is your responsibility to leave out a cooler in a shaded spot for us to place your order in. Orders left without a cooler, or orders that thaw because no cooler was provided, are not eligible for replacement.
Please plan to refrigerate or freeze your products promptly after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong items, contact us within [48 hours / 3 days] and we will correct it with a replacement.
