Forest Raised Pork Jowl from hogs raised in the post oak woods of our family farm in Jewett, Texas, where they forage naturally and are supplemented with a soy-free, corn-free, non-GMO fresh-milled ration. Cut from the cheek of the hog, jowl is a richly marbled, flavorful cut that has long been a staple of Southern and Italian cooking. Vacuum-sealed and frozen.
