Forest Raised Pork Polish Sausage with Jalapeño and Cheese made from hogs raised in the post oak woods of our family farm in Jewett, Texas, where they forage naturally and are supplemented with a soy-free, corn-free, non-GMO fresh-milled ration. All the bold, garlicky flavor of a classic kielbasa — kicked up with jalapeño heat and pockets of melty cheese throughout. Vacuum-sealed and frozen.
