Forest Raised Pork Roast Shoulder from hogs raised in the post oak woods of our family farm in Jewett, Texas, where they forage naturally and are supplemented with a soy-free, corn-free, non-GMO fresh-milled ration. This hearty, bone-in cut is prized for its bold flavor and rich marbling — the kind of roast that fills the house with a smell that brings everyone to the table. Vacuum-sealed and frozen.
