Forest Raised Pork Tenderloin from hogs raised in our post oak woods in Jewett, Texas — where they forage naturally and are supplemented with a soy-free, corn-free, non-GMO fresh-milled ration. Tenderloin is one of the most tender cuts on the hog, with a mild, clean flavor that reflects the care put into how these animals are raised. Each tenderloin is vacuum-sealed and frozen.
