Our Pasture-Raised Turkey Gizzards come from turkeys raised on our family farm in Jewett, Texas, and fed a soy-free, corn-free, non-GMO fresh-milled ration. Gizzards are a lean, protein-rich cut with a deep, savory flavor and a satisfying bite. Simmered low and slow, they turn tender and pick up whatever flavors you cook them with.

Each package is vacuum-sealed and frozen for freshness. Priced per package.
