Pasture Raised Turkey Hearts

Our Pasture-Raised Turkey Hearts come from turkeys raised on our family farm in Jewett, Texas, and fed a soy-free, corn-free, non-GMO fresh-milled ration. Hearts are a lean, hard-working muscle with a rich, meaty flavor similar to dark meat, and they’re naturally loaded with iron, zinc, B vitamins, and CoQ10. Cooked quickly over high heat or simmered low and slow, they come out tender and delicious.

Each package is vacuum-sealed and frozen for freshness. Priced per package.
